Get a Shipping Order Placed, With Ease
1. Fill out the registration form and send it to [email protected] or call 514-636-3223, where our customer service representatives will help you get started and set up your account in as little as 24 hours.
2. This can be done either by submitting your shipping information through our Web Dispatch platform, or by contacting our experienced customer service team. Call 514-636-3223 or send an email for help with your order.
3. Following our consultation, we will provide you with a quote. Once approved, we will book the order and provide you with an order number for your shipment, along with a bill of lading (BOL) and label, if requested.
4. Our dispatchers will coordinate the best route to ensure your cargo is delivered safely and within the agreed timeframe. Track your shipment in real time on our tracking page.
5. Upon delivery, the driver will obtain a signature to confirm receipt of the shipment. We will provide you with a proof of delivery (POD) along with your invoice.
6. An invoice will be sent to your company’s accounts payable department, together with the proof of delivery (POD). Invoices are also available online through your customer portal.
